Job Summary:

We're looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth and revenue for our restaurant. You'll develop and execute strategies to increase sales, expand our customer base, and build strong relationships with local businesses, events, and catering clients. Your goal will be to identify new opportunities, build partnerships, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement business development strategies to increase revenue and growth.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including catering, events, and corporate partnerships.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, event planners, and catering clients.
4. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
5. Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
6. Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
7. Identify opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations.
8. Develop marketing materials and presentations to promote the restaurant.
9. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
10. Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

1. 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing in the hospitality industry.
2. Strong network and relationships with local businesses and event planners.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Proven track record of driving revenue growth and business development.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Strong knowledge of the local market and industry trends.
